| Covenant Guidelines Committee: Responsible for notifying the chairperson of any covenant violations and then the chairperson will send out a series of notifications, when necessary, to those if violation. |

| Communication and Mailing Committee: Responsible for Mail outs for the HOA, Announcements for the HOA, Quarterly Newsletter via email. |

| Grounds Committee: Responsible for Appearance of the Common Areas, Flowerbeds, Medians, Playground, Tennis Courts, Lakes (when establish). Seasonal Plantings, and Sprinkler System. Organizing community-wide workdays when needed. |

| Pool and Clubhouse Committee: Responsible for Clubhouse Reservations, Appearance of Pool and Clubhouse, Rules and Guidelines for the Pool and Clubhouse, Clean Up of Bathrooms during Pool Season. |

| Social Committee Responsible for Coordinating social events throughout the year, Coordinating holiday events throughout the year, Coordinating community yard sales. Welcome gifts for new homeowners |
